EC&V is a Sydney based company developing, maintaining and managing software. We work in the domain of environmental applications. Our applications usually consist of a Web based interface, business application and data storage supporting business intelligence reporting.
We have designed and implemented a range of solutions from large national systems to small company specific business applications.
In the past EC&V worked on the greenhouse gas emission accounting systems for the Australian (AGEIS) and Thailand governments (TGEIS). EC&V implemented an IT system used for verification of national action to reduce emissions in Ecuador. EC&V has developed atmospheric science related software such as weather radar image processing programs and also worked on a number of biosecurity projects relating to livestock tracing and management.
We target clients requiring development and maintenance of applications in areas where our background in Science can bring significant benefit and add value to the project. All our developers have degrees in Science and/or Mathematics.
We pride ourselves in delivering projects on time and on budget. To achieve this, we work in very close collaboration with our clients. We use Unified Process software development practices in order to deal with changes occurring during the development cycle.
We work within Microsoft Application stack using Windows Servers, Internet Information Services, SQL Server stack. We program in C#, C++, T-SQL, R and JavaScript. We work with applications hosted at client infrastructure and also in the cloud using Microsoft Azure.
